2012 Rates
We traditionally rent Saturday to Saturday, especially in late June, July, August and October. When needed we do work to accommodate needs.
$750 weekly or $125 a night (3 nt. minimum)
Groups of greater than 6, $5 more per person, per night
July 4th week - $800 or $150 a night
50% deposit due at booking, balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Additionally cleaning fee of $65 and 10.75% tax.
Linens are included.
