Our cabin is conveniently located - just 10 minutes from Jefferson, 40 minutes from Boone and Blowing Rock, 20 minutes from Grayson Highlands National Recreation Area - and is sure to meet your mountain vacation needs.
Stay in late November or early December to "Cut and Choose" a beautiful family Christmas tree at one of the many local tree farms. Makes for a great tradition and family or friends weekend. Bike on one of the best Rail to Trail paths following one of the world's oldest rivers. The spectacular New River Trail is a linear state park that explores an especially remote corner of Virginia, where the river and forest and historical mining tidbits are constant companions.
